Every year at the beginning of April we celebrate World Health Day.
World Health Day, celebrated on April 7th and established by the World Health Organization (WHO), often sparks a wave of motivation. We feel the urge to finally “do something” for ourselves. We set big goals, make bold promises, and plan radical changes—start exercising, eating better, getting up at 5am… and yet, after just a few days, we slip back into old habits.
Maybe it’s time for a different approach.
We often forget that a fit body and a calm mind cannot be checked off a to-do list. Health is a lifestyle—not a temporary plan.
Health is about the small decisions we make every day. They are often subtle, but they can have a long-term impact on both our lives and our overall health.
Big beginnings often come with one major downside—they’re hard to sustain. All it takes is one stressful day at work, one sleepless night, or a shift in mood, and the whole plan starts falling apart.
Feelings of guilt can then disrupt our big decisions and make it hard for us to get back on the “checklist”.
But the less we blame ourselves for anything, the more likely we are to adopt and stick to new habits.
It is better to start small:
One unhealthy meal or a missed workout won’t ruin your progress. What truly matters is what you do every day—not what you do occasionally. Small steps lead to big goals.
Consistency is more important than perfection.
Food supplements. can also help with new habits. Try ESSENS Aloe vera + Q10. It fits into your daily routine without major changes. It helps to provide energy and, with long-term use, has a very positive effect on the central nervous system and provides a lot of other benefits.

The first few minutes after waking up can determine the mood for the rest of the day. When we start scrolling, we tend to take on the energy of something else.
Let`s try to have a few minutes just for ourselves in the morning, silence, tea, a few deep breaths, and calming thoughts.
Our morning ritual can be supported by something as simple as a delicious and beneficial Aloe vera drink or a short meditation with aroma oil from ESSENS.

We are people, not machines. The more we push ourselves to perform, the more the body tries to slow down.
Instead of asking "What more can I do?" Try asking yourself:
“What would help me feel better right now?”
Sometimes it can be rest, sometimes hydration, cleaning or going for a walk… and sometimes getting your digestion in order.

Of course, the digestive system, but also the immune system, psyche, nervous system and much more. So let’s give our digestion the care it deserves. When your gut feels at home, your whole body follows.
What will please our intestines the most?
Probiotics are ideal helpers in intestinal care. And ESSYNBIO FORTE ESSENS are the perfect choice. They contribute to the proper functioning of our intestines in the long term, they contain, in addition to billions of beneficial intestinal bacteria, also vitamins C and D, so they target not only the intestines, but also immunity and are a huge help for our fit life.
Trends are changing. Extreme diets and rigid rules are slowly fading. More and more people are realising that true health is not about control—but about balance and mindful care.
